This document describes how to resolve the TES_019002:Delete Node record with ID [###] failed error message when attempting to delete an Agent/Adapter Connection.

When attempting to delete an Agent/Adapter Connection, the TES_019002:Delete Node record with ID [###] failed error message is received.
Complete these steps in order to delete the connection:
Identify the Workgroups in the Workgroup pane that have access to the Agent.
Click the check box in front of the Agent's name in order to remove the Workgroup's access to the Agent.
Note: This issue is documented in Cisco Bug ID CSCtr69079 (registered customers only) , and will be corrected in a future product release.
