The Tidal Enterprise Scheduler MSSQL Adapter has been enhanced to support Windows authentication (support limited to MSSQL 2008) in addition to previously supported SQL Server authentication.
This document describes how to resolve the “Unable to load jtds JDBC driver to connect Microsoft SQL Server to support Windows Authentication” error message when using Windows authentication for the Tidal Enterprise Scheduler MSSQL Adapter.
The minimum requirements are Tidal Enterprise Scheduler versions 5.3.1 and MSSQL 2008 database.

The jTDS JDBC driver is used to support Windows authentication. Download this free driver from http://jtds.sourceforge.net.
Complete these steps in order to apply the driver:
Stop the Master.
Copy the jTDS JDBC driver to {TIDAL_HOME}/services/{CAFA6E81-E29F-4263-8E80-4928FFF416A2}/lib.
Restart the Master.
