Member not found

If you receive this error message in the Tidal Client when you attempt to use the Graphical View (also known as Business Views) of the Job Activity Console, complete these steps:

  1. Shut down the Tidal Client.

  2. Launch a command prompt, and navigate to the Tidal Client installation directory:

    <drive>:\Program Files\Tidal\Scheduler\Client\

  3. Enter regsvr32 xgo.ocx.

  4. If the command is successful, launch the Tidal Client again and attempt to use the Graphical View in the Job Activity Console.
