Q. How do I back up the system settings of the TANDBERG Codec?

A. This answer is valid for the following products:

TANDBERG EX90

TANDBERG Codec C20

TANDBERG Codec C40

TANDBERG Codec C60

TANDBERG Codec C90

To backup the system settings you must login to the TelePresence Product as root using SCP (or WinScp), and make a copy of the configuration database file.

The file is located at: /mnt/base/active/config.db.

Replacing this file with a backed up copy and then rebooting will restore to your backed up settings.
