Verify the Power Supply Status

A failed power supply might be the cause of a TelePresence EX90 system that fails to power on.

With the EX90 system connected to the power supply, and the power supply connected to power, note the color of the LED on the power supply. If the power supply operates normally, it has a blue LED as shown in this image:
