A. TMS will not show call routes it cannot verify will work.
Check that TMS shows that your systems is registered to an H.323 Gatekeeper.
Go to Systems > Navigator.
Select the requesting system.
Click the Settings tab and scroll to Network Settings pane.
Ensure that H323 Call Setup Mode is Gatekeeper and Gatekeeper Registration Status is Registered.
In routing calls for scheduling, TMS performs additional Gatekeeper Neighbouring checks if the number being called can be resolved to a known managed system. TMS looks up the Gatekeeper of the remote system from the TMS database and checks it against the Gatekeeper address of the requesting system.
If they are the same, they are considered compatible and alias dialing is allowed.
If the Gatekeeper is different, by default TMS can not assume you can dial aliases directly and will not allow dialing by Alias. TMS will only display the IP Address.
If the Gatekeepers are managed by TMS, TMS will check the neighbours defined in the Gatekeeper and if the Gatekeepers are listed as neighbours to each other, alias dialing will be allowed.
If you want to disable the neighbouring gatekeeper, check:
Go to Administrative Tools > Configuration > Conference Settings > Advanced Conference Options.
Set Use Flat E164 Dialing Plan When Routing Calls to Yes.
Click Save.
