This article relates to Cisco TelePresence Management Suite.
A. When dialing within the US, the TMS default is that two numbers with the same area code are considered a local call and only dials 7 digits.
To tell TMS to use 10 digits within the same area, create an area code rule in the ISDN Zone.
Go to Administrative Tools > Locations > ISDN Zones.
Select the zone.
Mouse over and select Edit.
Click Area Code Rules
If no rule exists, click New Rule.
Enter the local area code in When dialing from this area code to the following area code.
Check the Include Area Code check box.
Click Save.
