This article relates to Cisco TelePresence Management Suite.
A. This error means that in TMS, no phone books have been associated with this system. Each system in TMS is configured individually to say which phone books the system is allowed to view.
To assign which phone books you wish to be available to this system:To assign a phone book to multiple systems in bulk:
Open Systems > Navigator.
Browse to the system and click on it.
Click on the Phone book tab.
Click Server Phone books.
Specify which TMS phone books should be available to the system.
Click on the right-arrow button. The selected system will be moved to the right-hand side (Server phone books set on this system).
Click Save.
Go to Phone book > Manage Phone books.
Select the phone book.
Click the Set on Systems option found in the drop-down menu for the phone book.
From the folder view on the left-hand side, select either a folder or systems.
Double-click or select and click on the right-arrow button. The selected systems will be shown on the right-hand side (Selected Systems).
Click OK to set phone book on the selected systems.
