A. Phone book entries in TMS may have multiple numbers or call methods associated with a single entry. For example, the system "Reception" may have an ISDN Number and an H.323 alias.
On supported systems, the triangle indicates that there are multiple methods available to call this phone book entry. You can click Call when a phone book entry is highlighted and the best method available will be used to call the phone book entry.
If you click OKor the right arrow when a phone book entry is highlighted, the individual methods will be listed.
To specify which method to use for each call:
Expand an entry in the phone book.
Highlight a specific entry/method.
Click the Call button.
