Q. If I enable the daily configuration restore for a system in TMS, when does the configuration get updated?

A. The daily restore event will repeat itself every day at the time that you created the restore event. This event can execute without disrupting any systems in use.

TMS 12.5

The time of the daily configuration restore is editable in TMS:

  1. Go to Systems > Provisioning > Configuration Templates.

  2. Open an existing template or click New Configuration Template.

  3. On the page that opens, click the Persistent Scheduling tab.

  4. Set the time of day you want the persistent template to be applied.

  5. Choose whether the interval should be Weekly or Daily.

  6. Click Save to store and apply your changes.

TMS 12.2 and older

A. The daily restore event will repeat itself every day at the time that you created the restore event. This event can execute without disrupting any systems in use.
