Q. What is the difference between Global Directory and Corporate Directory in TMS?

A. Global Directory is the legacy phone book format for TANDBERG endpoints where a file of directory entries is pushed periodically to systems by TMS. Global Directory is limited to 400 entries. Corporate Directory is a client/server system where the systems request a phone book from TMS on-demand. Corporate Directory has features such as folders, multiple numbers per entry, dynamic updates, and virtually unlimited size.
