Q. I have automatic system discovery disabled in TMS, but I still get notification email about rogue systems. Why?

A. Automatic System Discovery is a TMS functionality where TMS actively scans the network using the SNMP Broadcast Address(es) looking for new systems. However, TMS also discovers endpoints by passively listening for systems that try to contact TMS themselves. Disabling Automatic System Discovery does not disable the passive discovery of systems, for example a device trying to send SNMP Traps to TMS.
