I enabled Lookup Users from Active Directory but my Active Directory users were not imported into TMS. Why?

Q. I enabled Lookup Users from Active Directory but my Active Directory users were not imported into TMS. Why?

A. Lookup Users from Active Directory does not bulk import users from AD into TMS. When a new user logs into TMS for the first time, there are several fields that the user is prompted to complete, including:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • E-Mail address

When Lookup Users from Active Directory is enabled, users will have the above fields populated for them automatically from Active Directory.
