Yes, time zone can be configured per user in TMS, and all times in the application will then be shown according to the time zone specified. To change the time zone for an individual user:
TMS 12.2 and older
Click on the username in the lower left corner of the TMS screen.
In the window/tab that opens, find Time Zone and choose from the drop-down list.
Click Update your personal information to save your changes.
Note that the change will not be immediately visible.
No, all times shown within the main TMS application are based on the time zone that the server is set to. End user interfaces such as TMS Scheduler or integrations (such as with Microsoft Exchange or IBM Lotus Notes) show times relative to the user's time zone.
