Q. How do I add more participants to an MCU conference scheduled in TMS?

A. When scheduling MCU conferences, TMS configures a participant count based on the number of participants scheduled for the call. If that limit is reached, no more participants are generally allowed to connect to a conference.

To add more participants to an ongoing call, either:

  • Edit the ongoing conference in the TMS Booking interface.

  • Use the Monitoring > Conference Control Center to add more participants.
