A. If the user has a valid Windows login, the best thing to do is not to prevent login to TMS, but simply not allowing the user to do anything once logged into TMS.
To do this, ensure that the user is only a member of a group with no permissions (such as the default User Group). This way the user can log into TMS, but has no permissions to see or do anything. Keep in mind that permissions are cumulative in TMS, so you must ensure that all groups the user is a member of have no permissions.
