Introduction
This document describes the process to configure and setup SNMP in Virtualized Voice Browser (VVB).
Prerequisites

Cisco recommends that you have knowledge of these topics:

- Customer Voice Portal (CVP)
Components Used
The information in this document is based on VVB version 11.6.1.10000-14.
The information in this document was created from the devices in a specific lab environment. All of the devices used in this document started with a cleared (default) configuration. If your network is live, ensure that you understand the potential impact of any command.
Configure
Step 1. Goto Cisco Unified Serviceability page.
URL : https://<IP Address of VVB>/ccmservice/
Step 2. Click Snmp \ V1/V2 \ Community String.
Step 3. Under Search Options \ Select Server* ; once selected from the drop down; click Find, and then click Add New.
Step 4. Provide a Community String Name; select Host IP Addresses Information and finally provide appropriate Access Privileges.
Note: The selections made here for Community String Name,Host IP Addressses Information and Access Privileges are meant for a lab setup, when done in production appropriate selections should be considered.
Step 5. Click Save and notice pop-up as shown in the image. Click OK.
Note: Make note of the service restarts that are expected and make sure system is ready to expect reload of these services.
Step 6. Confirmation SNMP Restart Successful is received, and entry of Community String Name along with Access Privilege is listed.

- For the scope of this configure ; CISCO-VOICE-APPS-MIB is discussed.
- To download MIB CISCO-VOICE-APPS-MIB.my (v2) click -> MIBv2.
- Search CISCO-VOICE-APPS-MIB and rt. click \ select Save link as and download the CISCO-VOICE-APPS-MIB.my file.
Verify
Use this section in order to confirm that your configuration works properly.
Download and Install a MIB browser (eg iReasoning MIB Browser) , upload the MIB ; followed by Get Walk result.
Step 1. Upload the MIB (.my file) to the MIB browser. Click Load MIBs.
Step 2. Point to the CISCO-VOICE-APPS-MIB.my.
Step 3. Next Type the IP address of VVB ; click Advanced to enter the Community String Name (refer Step 4) value in Read Community, and enter SNMP version as 2.
Step 4. Next,expand Private\Enterprises\Cisco\ciscoMgmt\ciscoVoiceAppsMIB\ Click Get Bulk ; to get VVB configuration details,etc.
