Problem
CVP OAMP web pages do not render properly with Internet Explorer 11.
Possible Causes
Internet Explorer 11 has compatibility issues on Windows 2008 R2 Server Enterprise with Service Pack 1.
Recommended Action
Step 1. Ensure the Hotfix for Microsoft Windows (KB2639308) is listed in the installed updates on the Windows 2008 R2 Server. If not, install the Hotfix for Microsoft Windows.
Step 2. Check if the Operations Console web pages work as expected. If not proceed to Step 3.
Step 3. Click Start > Control Panel > Programs >Turn Windows features on or off.
Step 4. The Server Manager window opens. Choose Configure IE ESC from the right pane.
Step 5. Select the Off radio button on both the Administrators and Users field.
Step 6. Restart Internet Explorer 11 and check the Operations Console web pages.
