    Introduction

    This document describes commands that are useful for troubleshooting in Cisco Virtual Voice Browser (VVB)  Command-line interface (CLI).

    Cisco VVB provides CLI as an alternative to the web administration page to configure and troubleshoot the system. CLI includes commands from Cisco Voice Operating System-based (VOS) platform framework.

    Commands

    Browse Cashe Size

    Run the command to verify the size of vvb cache

    Show vvb cache browser_cache_size

    Max File Size

    Run this command to find out the biggest file in the VVB cache

    show vvb cache max_file_size

    URL Entry

    If you have URL of the .wav file, you can run this command to see the detail of the URL

    Show VVB cache cache_entry <cache_entry_url>

    List of .wav URL cached in VVB

    Show VVB cache cache_entry <start _index><end_index>

    This command shows number of active calls in VVB

    Show vvb call active voice summary
