A Cisco uBR10012 router running N+1 Redundancy configuration must use the firmware version 3.60 installed on the Cisco RF Switch or otherwise be susceptible to disruption of service.
For additional information, see the Cisco RF Switches Release Notes for Cisco RF Switch Firmware, Version 3.60.
It is possible that the RF Switch may experience a disruption of service during a PRE switch-over if running versions prior to v3.6. The RF-Switch has also had similar issues when un-configuring and re-configuring the PROTECT line card under Global HA.
The Cisco RF switch may experience a disruption of service when running version 3.5 or earlier code. A manual reload is required to recover the switch.
