A limited number of NCS1K-CNTLR cards may have a mismatch in the product label. The units may have a label CNTLR2 as shown in this picture.
The product label on the NCS1K-CNTLR controller (or CPU) unit might appear as CNTLR2 instead of CNTLR on a few units.
The product label mismatch on the NCS1K-CNTLR unit may misguide users.
In order to identify the NCS1K-CNTRL correctly, see the PID VID label only for identification of the unit.
The PID VID label must be identified as "NCS1K-CNTLR = V0X” where X refers to the version number as shown in this picture.
