The recorded audio quality is distorted on a Cisco Virtualized Voice Browser (VVB) that runs on a Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM) (Integrated Services Router gateways) for VoiceXML (VXML) based recording.
The network driver adapter (Virtual I/O Device (VIRTIO)) used in an existing Open Virtual Appliance (OVA) image causes audio distortion.
When a recorded audio file is played back with VVB VXML record functionality, the audio quality of recorded media is not played as recorded.
In order to check the network driver adapter, complete these steps:
