Application of AP.platform.22.0.1123.ap373777 might cause an incomplete sudoers configuration on upgrades to R22 or reverts back to R22.
The error will be seen on upgrade from R22 with AP.platform.22.0.1123.ap373777 to R23 or Release independent version (RI).
The problem would also be seen on roll back or revert to R22 with AP.platform.22.0.1123.ap373777 from R23 or RI.

After upgrades or reverts to/from R22, BroadWorks might not start successfully.
This error might be seen:
BroadWorks control script version 22.0
Licensing error: VLS IP Address not configured in /usr/local/broadworks/bw_base/conf/licensing.properties. Please add address=<server ip address> to licensing.properties.
BroadWorks patches can now be downloaded through the Cisco Software Download Center after logging in with your Cisco.com (CCO) account.
The version of BroadWorks that is currently deployed as well as the patches currently activated can be checked by executing the get versions all
command from the CLI. More information on how to check the patch level can be found in the Cisco BroadWorks Maintenance Guide.
Workaround
Remove AP.platform.22.0.1123.ap373777 before you attempt to upgrade to R22 or before you revert / roll back to R22 from R23 or RI.
Patch
Patch AP.platform.22.0.1123.ap374460 is now available to address this issue.
