Patch AP.ns.22.0.1123.ap371911 breaks network server translations when a SIP Diversion: header is present in the SIP INVITE.
Note: This field notice was originally posted in the BroadSoft Xchange portal and has been moved over to Cisco.com as-is for historical purposes.
The network server does not properly detect the originator of the call when a SIP Diversion: header is present in the SIP INVITE, which might result in the call being rejected. Instead of using the SIP Diversion: as originator, the network server uses the SIP From: header. When the SIP From: and SIP Diversion: contain different Country Code numbers, the translation will be done using the SIP From: Country Code instead of the SIP Diversion: Country Code.
