After ap380535 is applied, the MediaFiles application returns HTTP 500 after a PUT command. This applies to both Application Servers and Profile Servers.
This faulty patch prevents the system from saving audio and/or video recordings. This includes, but is not limited to, personalized greetings, auto-attendant greetings, voice mails, and so on.
The problem can be seen in mediafileslogs. Check for these log messages:
