Problem Description

Some latency has been introduced in device management-related Open Client Interface - Provisioning (OCI-P) requests by Broadworks application patch ap380167.

Background

Some latency has been introduced in device management-related OCI-P requests by Broadworks application patch ap380167, notably in GroupAccessDeviceGetAvailableDetailListRequest19 and in UserDeleteRequest.

Problem Symptom

The latency in OCI-P requests was introduced by application patch ap380167, which changed the database schema and multiple SQL queries.

Workaround/Solution

The solution is to apply ap381575, which fixes the slow OCI-P requests.
