Problem Description

With SWManager 687810 and later applied, Healthmon and Showrun are not able to properly locate the Software Manager (SWManager) process when they run as bworks. Patch AP356817 is required on all servers with SWManager 687810 and later applied.

Background

Cisco BroadWorks Platform Patch AP356817 is required on all servers with SWManager 687810 and later applied. This will ensure that Healthmon and Showrun are able to properly locate the Software Manager process when they run as bworks.

Problem Symptom

The only impact is that you will not be able to correctly identify that SWManager runs properly.

Workaround/Solution

Solution

Install the platform patch AP356817: AP.platform.22.0.1123.ap356817.
