Cisco BroadWorks Application Server (AS) does not send eXtended Services Interface (XSI) DoNotDisturbSyncEvent
logs in Release AS-25_Rel_2022.11_1.270.
The DNDSync feature does not work, which prevents the state of the Do Not Disburb
(DND) feature to be synced between the BroadWorks AS and the Webex client and devices.
This issue does not generate any event log errors. XSI DoNotDisturbSyncEvent
logs will not be generated for customers that have subscribed to the Do Not Disturb Sync
(DNDSync) event package. This causes the DND settings on their devices to be out of sync with the Webex Client.
This means that if DND is activated on the Webex Client, it will not be activated on the devices and vice versa.
Workaround
Roll back the Cisco BroadWorks AS to Release AS-25_Rel_2022.10 or earlier.
Solution
In order to resolve this issue, customers should upgrade the Cisco BroadWorks AS server to Release AS-25_Rel_2022.11_1.276 where the issue has been fixed.
