Symptoms: WCCP shows as Usable, but no traffic is being redirected to the WSA.
Certain WCCP Service IDs are reserved for specific purposes. Even though the WSA will allow you to use any Service ID from 0 - 255, the Cisco router / WCCP device may not redirect traffic depending on the Service ID in use.
Here is an unofficial list regarding predefined Service IDs.

NOTE: It is recommended that you choose a Service ID from 90 to 97. These are custom service IDs and should not interfere with other service IDs which are typically used for specific protocols.
