Problem Description

RV320 is having slower throughput than expected via the Internet Service Provider (ISP), Optimum Online. Only 30 Mbps down speed on a 100 Mbps ISP Internet connection. The modem used is a Cisco DPQ3925.

Current Status

Up to 70 Mbps throughput is achieved when WAN is set to 100 Half Duplex, and about 7 to 8 Mbps when WAN is set to 100 Full Duplex. Debug files were gathered but developers were not able to reproduce the issue as they were seeing full speeds with the same setup as the reported network environment. This issue will be referenced in the future.
