Problem Description

If both Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP) and Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) are enabled on a switch port and you disable one of them, the remaining protocol on Power over Ethernet (PoE) negotiation may fail.

Resolution

This issue is fixed when you upgrade to the firmware version 2.3.0.130. To upgrade, click here for instructions.
