View Model Information on the SPA300 and SPA500 Series IP Phones

Objectives

The Model Information page is useful to the user because it displays the model number, MAC address, serial number, software version, hardware version, call control protocol, and whether the client certificate is installed or not. This information will help when the user needs to know if the device is up-to-date or not.

This document describes how to view the model information of the SPA300 and SPA 500 series IP phones using the soft key interface.
