Determine IP Address on SPA525G and SPA525G2 IP Phones

Objectives

IP phones can be accessed through a web interface by entering the IP address of the phone into a web browser. The IP address of the phone must be known to access the web interface.

This document explains how to determine the IP address on SPA525G and SPA525G2 IP phones.

Step-by-Step Procedure

Determine IP Address of the IP Phone

Step 1. Press the Setup button on the IP phone to bring up the Information and Settings menu.

Step 2. Scroll up and down with the navigation keys to select Status. Press Select to bring up the Status menu.

Step 3. Scroll up and down with the navigation keys to select Network Status. Press Select to bring up the Network Status menu.

Step 4. Scroll up and down with the navigation keys to locate the IP Address field. This is the IP address of the phone.
