After a new installation of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) 7.x, you cannot access the AppAdmin page. This document discusses how to troubleshoot this issue.

After a new installation of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 7.x, you cannot access the AppAdmin page and this error message is received:
<ip add>/appadmin Page cannot be displayed
Perform these steps in order to resolve the issue:
From the UCCX server, choose Start > Programs > Cisco Unified CCX Administrator > Cisco unified CCX Serviceability Utility.
In the Process Activation box, enable the Cisco Desktop LDAP Monitor Service, the Cisco Desktop Sync Service and the Microsoft SQL agent service.
Make sure the IIS and the WWW services are running.
Delete the appadmin folder at this location: C:\ProgramFiles\wfavvid\tomcat_appadmin\webapps
Make sure the profile.ini file has the IP address of the server. If not, add the server IP address.
Run services.msc, and restart the Cisco Unified Node Manager service.
