The repository is a subdirectory in the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directory where Cisco IP Integrated Voice Response (IP IVR) applications and scripts are stored in a Cisco Response Application (CRA) environment. One of the main functions of Cisco CRA Administrator is to manage Cisco IP IVR scripts. This document explains if it is possible to access repositories on multiple Cisco IP IVR servers from one Cisco CRA Administrator.
Refer to Cisco Technical Tips Conventions for more information on document conventions.
A. No, Cisco CRA Administrator can access only one repository at a time when it logs in. For multiple Cisco IP IVR servers, it is necessary for users to log in to each individual Cisco IP IVR server to perform maintenance.
Cisco CRA Administrator is a web-based application. Go to the http://servername/AppAdmin URL in your web browser. Here, users log in to the Cisco IP IVR server and perform maintenance for applications and scripts on Cisco IP IVR server. When you run multiple browsers that point to different IP IVR servers, it is possible for users to access multiple Cisco IP IVR servers from a single computer simultaneously.
Note: The servername portion of the URL is the host name or IP address of the Cisco IP IVR server.
