Support for Smart Net Total Care (SNTC) Supported Collectors

Overview

  • There are multiple ways for you to catalog your inventory and make it available on the SNTC portal. For your initial upload, we recommend that you use our simple CSV file import option to bring just a few of your covered devices into the portal. This will give you access to all the report options.

  • After this initial upload, use one of the collector options below to populate the portal with a full inventory of your devices.

    Cisco CSPC Collector

  • Cisco's Common Services Platform Collector (CSPC) provides an extensive collection mechanism to gather various aspects of customer network device information. CSPC connects to discovered devices, providing delivery of information to Cisco for correlation and reporting. Data collected by the CSPC can be used by your company to provide detailed inventory reports and analytics for both the hardware and OS software.
