Bias-Free Language

The documentation set for this product strives to use bias-free language. Cisco Network Insights Advisor (NIA) application consists of a monitoring utility that can be added to the Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (APIC).

Usage Guidelines and Limitations

■ Upgrade from Cisco NIA 1.0.3 to Cisco NIA 1.0.4 App on Cisco APIC is supported.

■ Cisco NIA app retains the collected logs using TAC Assist for 24 hours.

■ Cisco NIA app retains the collected technical support information using bug scan for 24 hours.

■ TAC Assist started from Cisco NIA 1.0.4 App will not show up in Cisco NI Base and vice versa.

■ When the Device Connector is unclaimed from the on-premise GUI application, the Device Connector must be unclaimed from Intersight for TAC Assit’s connected TAC functionality to work.
