This section lists the usage guidelines and limitations for Cisco NIA:
■ Cisco NIA app retains the collected logs using TAC Assist for 24 hours.
■ Cisco NIA app retains the collected technical support information using bug scan for 24 hours.
■ TAC Assist started from Cisco NIA app will not show up in Cisco NI Base and vice versa.
■ Cisco NIA is not supported on the following:
— Cisco Nexus 9500 Series switches with -R line cards
— Cisco Nexus 3600 Series switches
■ When the Device Connector is unclaimed from the on-premise GUI application, the Device Connector must be unclaimed from Intersight for TAC Assit’s connected TAC functionality to work.
■ User initiated upload to Cisco Intersight Cloud fails if the TAC Assist job completed prior to Cisco DCNM HA failover. It is recommended to start a new TAC Assist job after Cisco DCNM HA failover.
