Cisco TelePresence Manager Administration
Cisco TelePresence Manager (CTS-Manager) software allows you to schedule and manage Cisco TelePresence System calls. As an integral part of the Cisco TelePresence experience, the CTS-Manager software facilitates call scheduling and setup from common enterprise groupware such as Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes.

Cisco TelePresence Multipoint Switch Administration
The Cisco TelePresence Multipoint Switch (CTMS) allows you to easily and reliably include three or more locations in a single meeting Cisco TelePresence meeting to enable automatic voice-activated switching either site-by-site, or by individual table segment. With support for up to 48 locations in a single meeting across many endpoints, the switch allows all participants to be seen in life-size, high-definition video and heard in CD-quality, spatial audio with no perceivable latency.

Cisco TelePresence Recording Server Administration
The Cisco TelePresence Recording Server (CTRS) enables users to record in Cisco TelePresence Studio Mode. In Studio Mode, users can create team announcements, corporate messages, training modules, video blogs, and other similar recordings. To record, users must have access to a CTS with CTRS functionality; they control recording through the CTS IP phone interface.
