As a Cisco Certified Technician (CCT), you work closely with the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to quickly and efficiently resolve support incidents.

You can complete Cisco authorized training online and in multiple short sessions, enabling you to stay productive in the field. The CCT certification provides an opportunity for you to expand your area of expertise in multiple technology tracks.

CCT Collaboration

Last date to test: February 9, 2025

This exam focuses on the skills required for onsite support and maintenance of Cisco collaboration endpoints and operating environments. Be ready to identify Cisco collaboration endpoint models, accessories, cabling, and interfaces. You must understand the Cisco collaboration software and identify commonly found software. Finally, use the Cisco Command Line Interface (CLI) to connect and service products.

CCT Data Center

Last date to test: February 9, 2025

This exam focuses on the skills required for onsite support and maintenance of Cisco Unified Computing Systems and servers. Be ready to identify Cisco Unified Computing System components and servers, accessories, cabling, and interfaces. You must understand the Cisco UCS and NX-OS operating modes and identify commonly found software. You must also be able to use the Cisco Graphical User Interface to connect and service product components.

CCT Routing & Switching

Last date to test: February 9, 2025

This exam focuses on the skills required for onsite support and maintenance of Cisco routers, switches, and operating environments. Be ready to identify Cisco router and switch models, accessories, cabling, and interfaces. You must understand the Cisco IOS Software operating modes and identify commonly found software. You must also be able to use the Cisco Command Line Interface (CLI) to connect and service products. Achieving CCT Routing and Switching certification is considered the best foundation for supporting other Cisco devices and systems.
