How to Redeem Cisco Learning Credits

Cisco Learning Credits are redeemable for the full range of authorized Cisco courses. Courses must begin before the expiration date of your Learning Credits.

To redeem Cisco Learning Credits for authorized Cisco training^*:

1. Gather the following information from your purchase manager, LCMT account manager or team captain:
   • The Sales Order (SO) number that is associated with your Learning Credits
   • Whether debits to the Learning Credits account must be approved by the team captain before you register for a course
   • The number of Learning Credits that are currently in the account
2. When you are ready to register for training, you can either register directly on Cisco's Learning Locator or work with your Learning BDM to determine the course, delivery method, and date.
3. To pay for the offering, the Cisco Learning Credits SO number(s) will be used. If the cost of the chosen course is greater than the current value in the Learning Credits account, you can purchase more credits or pay the difference by other means, such as a purchase order or credit card.
4. Once registration is completed, the team captain will be notified of the transaction and must approve before the request is debited to the account. Team captain review and approval is required.

You can apply Cisco Learning Credits to attend Cisco Live and gain access to thought leaders and more than 1,000 education sessions. You must register for the event before the expiration date of your Learning Credits, but the event can take place after the expiration date.

To redeem Cisco Learning Credits for Cisco Live:

1. Gather the following information from your purchase manager, LCMT account manager or team captain:
   • The Sales Order (SO) number that is associated with your Learning Credits
   • Whether debits to the Learning Credits account must be approved by the team captain before you register for an event
   • The number of Learning Credits that are currently in the account
2. Choose your level of participation in the event. When the team captain has approved the debit in the LCMT, if needed, begin registration for the event.
3. Under Payment Information, choose Learning Credits.
4. In the SO Number fields, enter the Sales Order number or numbers. (If your organization has multiple sales orders, you can apply more than one.)
   • In the Number of Credits field, enter the number of Learning Credits needed for registration.
5. Click Submit Order. Cisco will notify your team captain of the registration and the Learning Credits balance remaining and will request a debit of the account.
