Learners can reschedule their class or receive a full refund if the class start date is outside of 18 calendar days. Should a learner need to reschedule or cancel their training, the payment method received will be applied to the new class. There will be no refund if a rescheduling or cancellation request is made within 18 calendar days of the class start date.
Private classes can be rescheduled or fully refunded if the start date is more than 30 calendar days away. Should a customer need to reschedule or cancel the training, the payment method received will be applied to the new class. There will be no refund if a rescheduling or cancellation request is made within 30 calendar days of the class start date. Rescheduling a private class within 30 calendar days of the scheduled delivery date will incur an additional course fee.
To cancel a learner registration, reschedule a Cisco class, or obtain a refund, contact the Operations team by visiting our Class Support Tool and Opening a Case with the Product of "Live Class Support" Cisco will require the name of the Learner and class registration details (Course Name, Class Start Date, Language, Time Zone, Payment Method) in order to process a request.
Since class access is specific to an individual, the individual who is registered in the class must be the individual who attends. To replace a Learner with another Learner, please Open a Case with the Operations team by visiting our Class Support Tool and Opening a Case with the Product of "Live Class Support".
Rescheduling a class abides by the same guidelines as cancellations and is subject to the same policy rules.
