Anil Nair is the Vice President of Engineering in the Security Business Group at Cisco. He leads the product engineering for Network Security and Web Security and drives this billion dollar business across the globe. He engages closely with customers, with industry forums and with policy makers to influence and shape their Cybersecurity strategy.

Anil has close to two decades of experience in the security domain. In his multiple global leadership roles, he has developed a deep understanding of the Cybersecurity world.

Anil is a community service evangelist, and CSR is extremely close to his heart. In addition to his day job, Anil is the APJC executive sponsor for CDAN (Connected Disabilities Awareness Network) and University Relations. He has been contributing to India's start-up eco-system as a mentor and guide, through Cisco's popular Launch Pad program.

Anil is a B.Tech from NIT, Calicut and holds an MBA degree from the Santa Clara University.

In his personal time, Anil is an avid photographer, and he enjoys traveling.
