Under Pallavi’s leadership, the team delivers the full portfolio of Cisco support, professional, and managed services.

Pallavi’s 30-plus years of experience in Information Technology, with over 24 years at Cisco, spread across software, product development, and customer experience. Pallavi focuses on strategic transformation for customers through unmatched technical expertise and innovation in cutting-edge technologies.

Pallavi believes in the power of authentic leadership and enjoys solving complex problems. She is an ardent advocate of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity. She sponsors the Cisco Ideathon, an award-winning, inclusive University hiring program that has transformed the hiring strategy of Cisco India. A regular speaker in industry events spanning the topics of business leadership, women in STEM, and nurturing a thriving career, she also serves as a member of the NASSCOM Engineering R&D Council.
