Sumitha leads the team that manages the Customer Lifecycle and growing Annual Recurring Revenue, alongside enhancing Software Adoption and On-Time Renewals. She leads accelerating customer success, enhancing profitability, and fostering a culture of customer obsession, trusted technical expertise, and innovation working closely with Sales.

Sumitha brings over three decades of industry experience, including three years at Cisco, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to our values, organizational growth and success.

Outside of work, Sumitha is a fitness enthusiast who practices yoga and running. She has completed full marathons, including the Ladakh Marathon, and enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and exploring different cuisines. She lives with her husband, a full-time agriculturist, and their daughter, who works with the IBM experience design team in Mumbai.
