Este documento describe cómo resolver problemas un error porta del badfetch de la aplicación del servidor de la Voz XML (VXML) de la Voz de cliente de Cisco (CVP).

Algunas llamadas fallan y los registros de actividad de la aplicación VXML muestran a eso su deuda a los errores del badfetch.

Solución
Solución posible: agregue la propiedad “fetchtimeout” del VoiceXML al documento de la raíz
- En el estudio unificado de la llamada, haga clic con el botón derecho del ratón en el proyecto deseado y elija las propiedades.
- Haga clic en el estudio de la llamada - Arraigue las configuraciones doc.
- Bajo propiedad del VoiceXML ingrese el fetchtimeout, y bajo valor ingrese el descanso deseado. Por ejemplo por 60 segundos ingrese el "60s".
