El comando show processes muestra información acerca de los procesos activos. Ejecute show processes memory para mostrar la cantidad de memoria utilizada dentro de IOSd.

Para mostrar el uso de memoria para cada proceso que se ejecuta en Cisco IOS XE, utilice monitor platform software process {fp|rp} {active|standby}. Después de que aparezca la pantalla, puede escribir "Shift + M" para ordenar los procesos mostrados con el uso de la memoria.
RES indica la memoria física no intercambiada que utiliza un proceso y SHR indica la cantidad de memoria compartida utilizada por un proceso. RES + SHR es la cantidad total de un proceso, y %MEM indica la parte actualmente utilizada de la memoria física disponible para los procesos.

Para mostrar información sobre el uso de la memoria de QFP, utilice el comando show platform hardware qfp active infrastructure exmem statistics. Exmem contiene memoria relacionada con IRAM, DRAM, SRAM y BQS.
