Introducción
Este documento describe cómo eliminar las bases de datos de informes o seguimiento asociadas almacenadas en Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA) o Cisco Security Management Appliance (SMA).
¿Cómo borro la base de datos de seguimiento o de informes?
Base de datos de seguimiento
La base de datos de seguimiento se compone de registros de seguimiento para el dispositivo. Seguimiento de registros registra las acciones asociadas con los procesos del servicio de seguimiento. Los registros de rastreo son un subconjunto de los registros de correo.
Precaución: Este comando eliminará todos los datos de seguimiento y no se podrá revertir.
Desde la CLI, utilice diagnostic > track > delete b para borrar la base de datos de seguimiento. No es necesario ningún compromiso.

- RAID - Disk Verify Utility.
- DISK_USAGE - Check Disk Usage.
- NETWORK - Network Utilities.
- REPORTING - Reporting Utilities.
- TRACKING - Tracking Utilities.
- RELOAD - Reset configuration to the initial manufacturer values.

Choose the operation you want to perform:
- DELETEDB - Reinitialize the tracking database.
- DEBUG - Gather debug information.
[]> deletedb
This command will delete all tracking data and cannot be aborted.
In some instances it may take several minutes to complete. Please
do not attempt a system restart until the command has returned.

Base de datos de informes
La base de datos de informes es una base de datos binaria propietaria que contiene métricas históricas sobre el flujo de correo para el dispositivo.
Precaución: Este comando eliminará todos los datos de informes y no podrá revertirse.
En la CLI, utilice diagnostic > reporting > delete para borrar la base de datos de informes. No es necesario ningún compromiso.
