En su ESA de Cisco, para resolver correctamente los problemas de red e identificar los errores de transmisión, es posible que desee ver la validación de los mensajes de error que se ven dentro de los registros de correo cuando se envían a un MTA determinado.
Para utilizar herramientas de diagnóstico como smtpping, debe conectarse a la CLI de su ESA.
A continuación, puede ejecutar diagnostic > network > smtpping.
Siga las instrucciones para probar la conectividad o enviar un mensaje de prueba.
