Restablecer la visibilidad del contexto de Identity Services Engine (ISE)

Introducción

Este documento describe cómo realizar el restablecimiento y la sincronización de la visibilidad de contexto en la implementación distribuida de ISE.

Problema

El procedimiento que se debe realizar si la GUI de visibilidad de contexto no se carga con el mensaje de error "No se puede cargar la página de visibilidad de contexto" o los contadores del panel están vacíos. Una dirección MAC también puede fallar al agregarse con el error "No se puede crear el punto final, el punto final XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX ya existe". Esto ocurre cuando la base de datos Visibilidad de contexto no está sincronizada con la base de datos Oracle para ese terminal.

Este documento explica cómo realizar el restablecimiento y la sincronización de la visibilidad de contexto en la implementación distribuida de ISE para resolver estos problemas.

Solución

Conéctese a través de la consola o SSH al nodo de administración principal (se omitieron algunos resultados por brevedad), luego utilice el comando application configure ise, seguido por la opción [20] Reset Context Visibility y acepte continuar con y. No responda a la última pregunta:
